bullet MADD PSA's

Alcohol is the No. 1 drug problem among America's young people and is a factor in the leading cause of death for youth: motor vehicle crashes. The average age youth begin to drink is 12.8 years. In 2004, alcohol-related traffic deaths increased for the first time in 5 years to 16,653 - the largest percentage increase on record. MADD PSA's address alcohol use and abuse.

The White House Office of National Drug Control Policy launched the National Youth Anti-Drug Media Campaign in 1998. Dozens of PSA's educate and empower youth ages 9-18 to reject illegal drugs. They target vulnerable middle-school adolescents, their parents, and other adults who influence the choices young people make.
